I wasn't familiar with this company, but when I was on the lookout for custom cushions for my big sofa, I searched online and stumbled upon them, which turned out to be a great choice. The cushions took around six weeks to get here, and aside from a bit of initial mix-up regarding the fabric, the customer service was top-notch; especially Wayne, who was super quick and clear in his email replies. The cushions are really well-made, and the covers fit perfectly. My only small issue is that the back cushions feel a tad too firm, but that’s not really on the company, and the base cushion is fantastic. I’d definitely recommend this company.
